Ingredients
- 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Juice (or Powdered)
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon, Juiced
- Local Honey (to taste), about a Tbsp
- Small Crack Black Pepper (Activates the turmeric to maximize benefits).
Preparation
- Build in a mug, beginning with fresh ginger juice.
- Add hot water to 3/4 up the mug.
- Add additional ingredients and voila!
