What options are available for venting over a professional range or cooktop?
There are several available. For the 30" and 36" professional ranges and cooktops, it is recommended that a hood with at least 600cfm be used. For a 48" professional rangeor cooktop, it is recommended that a hood with at least 1200cfm be used.

What hoods in the Monogram line-up can be recirculated?
In those instances where there is no access to external ducting, recirculating hoods are the perfect option. In recirculating mode, the air is cleaned of smoke and steam as it passes through the charcoal filter, then delivered back into the room.
